What We Do
Here at Vita Vera, our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being through nutrient dense IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy. We bring clinical-level expertise and restorative service together, so you can feel your best—wherever you are.
What is IV Hydration?
IV hydration therapy is a modern wellness treatment that delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line—offering faster absorption and more immediate results than oral supplements or hydration alone. At Vita Vera Wellness, IV hydration is more than just fluid replacement—it’s a proactive, personalized approach to supporting your body’s natural function from the inside out.

Why Choose IV Hydration?
IV hydration delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for rapid absorption and faster results—bypassing the digestive system and working at a cellular level. Whether you're recovering from illness, managing fatigue, replenishing after travel or training, or simply supporting your long-term health, IV therapy offers an efficient, effective way to give your body exactly what it needs, when it needs it.
“The doctor of the future, will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in cause and prevention of disease.”

If there are no contraindications, the NP will write an order for your selected infusion. Adjustments may be made to ensure safety and optimal effectiveness.
Please note: Same-day appointments are not available at this time due to required screening. ***must undergo 5 minute telehealth medical screening before infusion**.
3. Your Infusion Experience
Your infusion will be administered by a skilled RN in a calm, comfortable environment—at our new location. Safety and comfort are our top priorities.
4. Aftercare & Ongoing Support

Our Story
Vita Vera Wellness was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to help people feel better, live brighter, and reclaim their health—naturally, safely, and intentionally. As a Registered Nurse and mother of four, I understand firsthand the importance of energy, balance, and whole-person wellness. After years in traditional healthcare, I saw a gap: too many people were exhausted, burned out, and overlooked—chasing quick fixes rather than lasting vitality. That’s where the vision for Vita Vera began. Combining clinical excellence with a passion for functional medicine and preventive care, Vita Vera was created to offer something different: a space where people are seen, heard, and supported through high-quality IV hydration and vitamin therapy—guided by science and delivered with heart. With oversight from our exceptional Medical Director, Dr. Wendy Burton, and a team of licensed professionals, we are proud to offer care that is as personalized and professional as it is luxurious and empowering. Whether you’re seeking to boost your immunity, recover your energy, or invest in your long-term wellness, you’re not just booking an infusion—you’re joining a movement for proactive, purpose-driven health.
CEO and Owner
Cassie Hernon
BSN RN
Cassie Hernon, is a registered nurse with over seven years of experience across diverse areas of care—including medical-surgical, family medicine, obstetrics, cardiac care, and in-home infusions. Her journey in nursing has shaped a deep appreciation for whole-person wellness and the power of proactive care.
Inspired by both personal and family experiences with functional medicine, she found myself drawn toward a more restorative, root-cause approach to health—one that empowers individuals to take charge of how they feel, rather than simply managing symptoms.
With that in mind, she created this mobile IV infusion service to bring professional, personalized care directly to you. Her goal is simple: to support your body’s optimal function and help you feel at your best, not just better. When she is not working you can find her in the kitchen creating homemade meals and baked goods for her family. She enjoys spending time outside with her 4 children on their property in Bloomingdale, Ohio.

This experience sparked a strong interest in virtual care and deepened her understanding of the importance of accessible, compassionate healthcare.
Post-pandemic, Sarah emerged with an even greater appreciation for the holistic needs of her patients—bringing empathy, attentiveness, and clinical excellence into every patient encounter. While she is new to the field of alternative and functional medicine, she is enthusiastic about integrating her conventional medical expertise with a whole-person approach to wellness.
